Vote was invalidated due to conflicting multiple rules.

Recently, after a passed SSC Vote we have found the necessity to demote Captaingoldvane2 from Rollback. Although his input is valued, he rarely is ever seen and even more so rarely votes- thus making another staff seat inactive and even making tied votes unbreakable.

We hereby demote him for Inactivity and lack of contributions.
