IN respsone to Rob's and Marc's Evidence[]
May I remind you both that what happens in private messages is not incorporated nor deemed included in the rules of chat. It has been countlessly told to everyone that nothing in private message applies to live chat. Although i PERSONALLY do not condone this completely voulgar and innaporpriate behavior, especially from a moderator, he is allowed to. However, I followed the link myself and it indeed leads to a site pretaining an over-18 clerance. Unless Davy can prove he is over 18, by following the link himself and by giving it to you both (marc has indicated he is not 18) he is actually breaking FEDERAL law and can serve prison time for doing so. Do not follow the link, it's obvious and you do not want to either. I followed it up to "Confirm over-18" and saw a certain picture that I don't wish to revisit. So... I guess.. no to the PM ruling.. but yes to a federal court case.. All in all. not very... suitable actions for a recently promoted and "trusted" moderator..
Shame Davy.. much shame... I will post a demotion request through the Seven Seas court with support if needed...
