Alright, this is long overdue! I am requesting that Parax be promoted to Bur, for the following reasons:

1. Veteran user of the wiki
2. Well-liked and responsible admin
3. He will do well to improve this wiki
4. Long overdue and he is the Vice-President.
5. I am the only Bur left, so I need someone to assist me with this job as I cannot always be here
6. He is Parax.

First side to get to 15 votes or side with the most votes by tomorrow evening wins. Yes, I realize that this is not the usual way of doing it, but I go inactive again from tomorrow evening and I would like Par to be a Bur by then. If there is too much controversy surrounding it, I will postpone the vote or do whatever I need to, but I doubt there will be.
