In light of now two unsuccessful attempts between the Ottoman Empire and Mr. Sam Darkwalker to reach a concensus on the matter of The Netherlands, the Sultan of the Eternal State will now exercise his authority as Supreme Leader of Turkey and emergency executive of Holland to immediately reinstate the Dutch monarchy, alongside the sovereignty of the Dutch State, by instating Josef Furnace as the one true King of the Netherlands, sans its various former overseas holdings, which shall remain indefinitely in the trusted hands of the Turks.
The new Dutch State shall enjoy complete independence from its predecessor, the Ottoman Empire, which shall withdraw all of its standing forces from Holland to allow the new regime to build and prosper as its own indepedent entity.
King Furnace will continue to enjoy his position as Grand Vizier to the Eternal State and adviser to the Sultan whilst digilently governing the new Dutch State, and the Sultan shall temporarily serve as Furnace's royal adviser as the nascent government is organized. A prosperous relationship between the two countries, which truly share a remarkably treasured history, is foreseen by all involved.
