I want to do a weekly blog - or every two weeks. In a way its a successor to the newsletter we had ( except we didn't exactly have a lot of content for it, however when the game gets up to speed I'm sure we could include game news with it ) so this is more of a blog on recent wiki events, and news on the game. I also want to make it semi-funny. I'll also interview certain people and make an idiot out of them!

Now on a serious note, I think our wiki is going through a tough time right now. We're divided. Isn't it time we close that divide? I was on chat earlier, and people were talking about what team they were on (proving the wiki is divided) Why can't we all be on one team? The team that wants to be productive and return the wiki to its go…

    Our Mess

    March 11, 2013 by Voxelplox

We all like to think the people here are mature, but I'd like to start off by saying that is not the case. We each contribute drama here. Some more then others. The main problem we face is not Pearson, but each other. Each of us are strong and out-spoken and have large opinions of each other. Half of the community utterly hates the other. This isn't productivity.

We can't blame these issues on any particular group or person, of course some of us here contribute more drama then the others, however we need to all chill out and rethink how this wiki manages itself. We are driving away productive users with this drama. How are we going to resolve these issues?

Everybody has the perception we need more administrators, I think that is false. You bla…

    Apology

    February 15, 2013 by Voxelplox

I know I've been a jerk lately. I'm just slightly annoyed at things like User blog:John Breasly/Voxel Shouldn't Be Rollback, User blog:Lord Matthew Blastshot/Our Voice Matters and other blogs refering to what happened a few weeks ago. First off, the "takeover"? Now let me ask you this, why would we give up everything for that? We are guilty in the sense we discussed how the wiki could be better, and why some users cause too much drama on the wiki. Mostly, it was kind of a joke, and a way for us to joke around and act like idiots :p For example, e joked about how the wiki should invade other wikis (thats a joke :P)

Now lets get back on topic. I've been a jerk. I'm just not happy with how things are going on the wiki, and have had a large am…

    Leniency

    February 15, 2013 by Voxelplox

So I guess if someone cusses, and does it for fun they just get a strike? Its not frowned up? ITS JUST OK FOR SOMEBODY TO BREAK THE RULES FOR THE FUN OF IT AND THINK "OH I'LL JUST GET A STRIKE, SO WHY THE HELL SHOULD I CARE"

Is this really the kind of wiki you want? Where people can just break the rules because they won't get punished, and get a silly little strike?

    Lets play this out:

Person 1: Hey, I'm going to get a strike today because I feel like it!

    Person 1: STRIKE TIME :D

    Person 2: lol :D

    Person 1: _______

Chat mod: Eh you already know.

    -Person 1 gets a strike-

So what? People can just do what they want, and get a silly strike - AKA NOTHING?
