As I have recently aquired Romania and it is recognized by both roleplay's so it could not be challenged by either party. I as of today shall be ceding Romania away from the Ottoman Empire should the burden be accepted by the ruler I have picked. Romania shall now as of today June 9th, 1748 be independent of Ottoman jurisdiction and rule should the ruler I have chosen accept the post. The ruler I have chosen for Romania if he chooses to accept this burden of a fully independent nation is, Albert Spark. Just know, I am not attaching any strings to this. If you choose to accept, please take care of Romania will ya?
