So here's how it works:

User pages like "User:<insert name here>" can't be nominated.
Blogs and Talk pages cannot be nominated as well.
A page will not be accepted twice, unless no other options are available.
During the same 5 weeks a page nomination "Spammed" by the same person will NOT be accepted.
Don't second third and fourth etc,.. It is useless. It doesn't increase the chances of it getting accepted, and may actually decrease them.
The page must not be under construction still. There must be at least 2 paragraphs to win FAOTW.
If you Nominate a page that has previously won the page will not be accepted. If there is anything that suggests you are doing this on purpose your 'Nomination Rights' will be removed.
If you modify a page to make it appear like it has never won, you are subject to a 1 week Ban.
Every 5 weeks , we will do a new set of pages.
At the end of 5 weeks, the last two pages on the poll get to win. Two winners will go on the main page so more pages can go on the poll.
The Winners will go on the main page.
You may move the banner from the top to bottom of the page if you want to. Do not remove the banner from your page if you win.
A page will not be accepted if there is a dispute about deleting the page.
You must have an account to nominate pages.

We do this in sets of five(5). Read the pages in the next set so you can decide your vote!
