A User Award is an award given to a member of the Gamers Fanon Wiki for their various contributions to the wiki over the past year. Any user can be nominated, providing they fit the requirements for nomination. The founder and host of the User Awards is Captain Ned Edgewalker.
Following a two year hiatus, the User Awards will return along with the Wiki Oscars on December 26, 2018, under a new voting format.

Categories
- User of the Year - The user judged to have contributed the most to the wiki overall in the past year.
- Comedian of the Year - The user judged to be the funniest on the wiki over the past year.
- Writer of the Year - The user judged to be the best writer on the wiki over the past year.
- Newcomer of the Year - A user that joined in the past year who has contributed the most to the wiki since joining.
- Comeback User of the Year - A user who left the wiki and returned after some time to contribute to the wiki once again.
- Editor of the Year - The best overall editor on the wiki.
- Admin/Mod of the Year (No Nominations) - The Admin or Moderator that has been recognised as the best over the past year by the community.

Nomination & Voting Rules
- Nominations must be made in good faith, and cannot be an obvious troll nomination.
- You cannot nominate yourself, nor vote for yourself.
- Do not intentionally create drama, or you will be banned from officially participating in the User Awards.
- You must have at least 50 mainspace edits garnered over the course of the calendar year that the Awards are being held for to vote in the User Awards.
