The Winter Palace is located in St Petersburg Russia. It was constructed by Tsar Benjamin Macmorgan Romanov, and is currently resided by Tsar Jeremiah Garland.
The palace currently is fully armed with a highly-trained defense force, to insure that the Royal Family is safe. Many western leaders have had numerous trips to the Winter Palace, such as John Breasly, King of England, Davy Gunfish, the Emperor of Japan, and many others.
