The pirate's code has become outdated over the years, so an addition is being made. Please feel free to add ideas!
- anyone under level 10 MUST ask to steer a ship of the normal rank or higher, unless they have another pirate above level 25.
- Anyone with Basic Acess must ask to steer any normal rank or higher ship, unless they at one point had unlimited access.
