"The Menace", is a fan-made character created by Slappy. He has appeared in many stories, blogs, and other things. His most known appearance was in the Pre Vizla series of small but well-made short stories, in which he appeared in Story 4.
The Menace was a blog which Slappy made. He told all users that they could use him but NOT kill him in their story.
