The Empire of Russia is a Russian-based national guild. It serves as the main guild for the Tsardom of Russia, and is led by the Tsar himself, Vladimir Romanov I, as well as Prince and Holy Proktor of St. Petersburg Mikhail Volkov. Iosua Vilus Pönv serves as the General-Poruchik (Lieutenant General) of the Grand Army of the Tsar.
