As of the 14th of May, 1765 The Military of Russia got together to discuss the breakdown of diplomatic relations with Spain. After threats to sovereignty, Russia decides to send a fleet of 300 warships to Spanish naval bases with orders to strike and bombard ALL ships in sight. War was declared, later on, England and France are being pushed to join the fight. The Russian Government announces that " The tyranny from Pearson Wright is horrible, And Spain must be fixed to stop any possible incidents to our country and allies "
