Port Delta is a very heavily guarded fort owned by The Delta Assassins.If you try to attack it most likely your army will die. It is fully constructed. Its main water-way is the Delitca River. It has a total of 938 cannons and over 9,035 men. Most of these men are under Piracy control, EITC, or The Royal Navy. The Republican Guard is the most loyal and has the least deaths with a total of 1,124. It also has the most kills with 99,781 kills in all. It is lead by General David. It is on Isla Cangrejos, but only guard-men can get to it. It is and will be under control of Russia forever!
