The District of the Lords.

Nova Terra, or previously known as, Avarrokka is known by some as the largest city in existance at the current time, with an astonishing 820,722 people. The city's name can be shortened to Varrock, but it is commonly known as Avarrokka. It is a grand city, with one great palace in the center. The city is home to the Grand Exchange, a massive trading place affiliated with the East India Trading Company. The city is home to many people, and many families prosper in this great city. It is in the shape of a near perfect circle, with the District of the Lords, a huge place with an office for the EITC Council of the Elders and the palace, in the center of the city.

The Grand Exchange

The Grand Exchange, (G/E), is a massive trading station that trades with every country spawned. it is highly affiliated with the East India Trading Company, and it is ALWAYS full of thousands of people trading items, fine goods, tea, tobacco, silk, cloths, and other various objects. it is the largest trading area known today, and resides in the northwestern part of the city.

The District of the Lords

The District of the Lords can be compared to the modern day District of Columbia, in that it has many official buildings in it. The District of the Lords resides in the dead center of the city. In the District can be found: A meeting office for the EITC Council of the Elders, the Ministry of Magic, the Palace of Lord Samuel Redbeard, the owner of the city, The police department of the Department of Caribbean Law Enforcement, the Breasly Monument, a massive monument erected by Samuel in honor of the great king, the Harrington Manor, and Lake Lachrymose, a lake in the center of the District of the Lords. The District of the Lords is home to many Lords of the EITC and other parts of the world, which is where the District gets its name.
