King Zeke Jonathan Williams decrees that The Holy City (The Eco Warriors) is to have the territory of Tanatanaka (Padres Del Fuego, Guines). The Zel Kai Van and its leader, Zeke, are leaving Tanatanaka to move to the small island 5 miles from Tanatanaka, Trayvontraschica. The following organizations are to be disbanded:

- Tanatanakuhn National Police
- Tanatanakuhn Government
- Tanatanakuhn Military Intelligence
- Tanatanakuhn Organization of Local Militias
