When Jeffrey was a lad the EITC took him and threw him on a ship headed for Port Royal. When he got there he escaped and went on a ship to Tortuga. He would never see his parents again. When he got to Tortuga, he bought a house called Shipwash Mansion. He got a job at a local bar and earned enough to buy a ship and move back to Port Royal. He then killed EITC leaders like Edward Lohand and Remington the Vicious. He works today as Mayor of Los Padres
