The crew were searching Rumrunners island for supplies when suddenly they hear a faint barking noise. They rush over to the beach and find a large brownish dog laying in the sand. The dog had a large splinter in its paw. Hobo grabbed hold of the splinter and pulled as hard as he could. The splinter flew out and the dog immediately trusted Hobo. Hobo kept the dog and named him Salty.
