The Black Officers is a military guild under rule of Lord Samuel Redbeard. It's allies are: Francis Brigade, United Pirate Army (and allies), Thirsty Souls, INFERNO, Swordmaster's Co., Viceroyalty Co. and United Alliance. This guild is the main EITC guild. It currently has 140 members in it and is growing stronger by the day. It has also recently been spotted hanging around Ben Goldeagle, Captain Leon's new character.
