Early life
Basil Brawlmonk was born in Bristol England on January 1, 1671, in Bristol England to a family of 4 kids. He was the youngest child. His father worked for King Charles II of England, as Admiral in the Royal Navy. His fathers name was Basily Brawlmonk III who was born in 1610. He was raised by a British Soldier who took care of him inside Fort Corageous. He was raised by him. He was always busy, but Basil came along with him even in battle Basil came. When basil was 10, he was aboard the HMS Spitfire, and a rogue pirate ship attacked the ship. His friend and father figure Commodore Matthew O'Hayes went below to protect him. The entire ship was slain, but those two. Eventually they searched for survivers, and Matthew died protecting him. Basil was captured and brought aboard. It turned out it was Captain Edward Teach's ship, The Queen Annes Revenge. He was raised into the crew of Blackbeard. Blackbeard tought him all he knew. He escaped in the night into a longboat when he was 22. He followed a British Merchant Ship and climed aboard.

Basil was 22, his nose was deformed from being beaten by Quartermaster for no reason. That is the reason behind his trademark nose. He climed aboard the ship, and entered via a broadside hole. The crew was asleep, He enterd into the Cargo hold. He slept on a barrel of tea. When they docked, he dove into the English Channel, and swam to the Rocky British shores. His clothes were rags, he had a full beard, a deformed nose. He did not look like the son of one of the most respected Admirals in the World. He had a full uni-brow, and he had a scar on his back from being wipped by Blackbeard. He walked into the rich part of London, he was spat on. He walked found his fathers house ahead. The guards arrested him when he got to Admiral Brawlmonks house. He was placed in the Dungeon. The master wanted to see him. So the Admiral went down stairs, he said "why do you claim to be my son"? "he was lost in a pirate raid years ago". Basil replied by saying "The Pirates took me under there wing, Matthew died for me". The admiral disowned him. He was kicked onto the street, he became a drunk in the Captains Daughter (tavern). He was a drunk only for a short time, when during a bar fight, a undercover british soldier recruiter pulled a sword on him and dueled Basil. Basil ended the duel by disarming him and having a sword to his neck. The recruiter said, "Welcome to the British Army sir". He then shot Basil in the leg, and hit him over the head with the butt of his sword, Basil was knocked out cold.
First Stint with the British Military.
In the year 1695, a man named Pablo Swordmaster lead the Military of the Crown. Basil had no idea where he was, and why he was there. Then he realized a man was sitting at his bedside with a golden gun pointed at his head. He wore rather fancy clothes; He was slightly tanned, wore an English tricorne, and a coat with golden colored lining and solid gold buttons. He wore a pair of dark black linen highwaters, and black boots with gold trim. Pablo said "I will explain everything. You are now here in the barracks of the British Military. The man you dueled two nights ago, was a recruiter for the British who was looking for men with exceptional skills". "He reported to me that you had easily disarmed him. Even though he was one of the top swordsmen in the world". "You defeated him, where did you learn"? Basil lied and said, "I learned from a man named Matthew, he was my older brother, he was a street duelist". In reality Basil was the son of a British Legend. The mysterious man revealed "You now have no choice, you are either to, fight for the British, and recieve mercenary training" - he cocks his pistol, it is now ready to fire - Basil took the offer immediatly. He was led from his bed, to a set of black clothing, and beside that lied 3 things, a pistol, a sword with a golden hilt and a folded steel blade, and a set of throwing knives.
